Jamaican Mango
Mangoes are readily available in many different varieties in Jamaica, with the most popular being Julie Mango, East Indian Mango and Bombay Mango. Which are prized for their smooth and succulent flesh, which is easily removed from the seed. However, the ‘stringy’ varieties of Mango shouldn’t be overlooked, as despite the fibrous strands, they have excellent taste and sweetness and once blended the strings are blitzed into a smooth and delicious smoothie-like drink.
Did you know that Mango contains special enzymes that prepares the stomach and aids in the digestion of food? So drink up a glass of Mango Punch before every mealtime for great gut health too!
